These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yaragent (the "Service"), operated by the Yaragent team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Yaragent
You may use Yaragent to ingest content you own or have the right to use, and to serve AI-generated answers based on that content to your own customers. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for how you use the Service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your dashboard key and account credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Yaragent to ingest or generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to attempt to access another tenant's data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Content and data
You retain ownership of the content you upload. We process it to generate embeddings and answers on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Paid features are billed as described at checkout or in your plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate; you're responsible for reviewing how the Service is used with your customers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
